We're currently seeking a Manager in Training to join our team in Stettler and work closely alongside our experienced Store Manager. This is a unique opportunity to learn the business from the inside out, with the goal of stepping confidently into a Store Manager role in the near future.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Manager in Training, you’ll be the Store Manager’s right hand—learning every aspect of day-to-day operations while developing your own leadership skills and retail expertise. You’ll be immersed in a hands-on learning environment and actively involved in:

  • Supporting and coaching a team of Fashion Associates to meet sales goals and deliver an exceptional in-store experience
  • Collaborating on strategic planning, store marketing, scheduling, and team development
  • Participating in recruitment, training, and ongoing support of new associates
  • Upholding company policies, communicating updates, and contributing to a positive team culture
  • Monitoring sales results and KPI achievement, and providing regular feedback to both staff and leadership
  • Ensuring top-tier customer service and helping drive a personalized shopping experience for our loyal clientele
  • Working closely with Head Office to stay aligned on operations, merchandising, and deliveries

What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years of retail leadership experience
  • A proactive, sales-focused mindset and a natural flair for coaching others
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for fashion and a desire to build lasting customer relationships
  • The drive to learn, grow, and eventually lead your own store
