- seed cleaning plant operator/general labourer, no experience necessary willing to train the right candidate.
- candidate must be physically fit, able to carry heavy loads, and capable of ascending/descending several flights of stairs daily.
- unload/load grain trucks of all sizes throughout the scheduled work shift.
- operate multiple different pieces of equipment used for cleaning various types of grains.
- keep an impeccably clean worksite(both in the office and out on the plant floor) between customers to maintain biosecurity, and not allow cross contamination of grain lots.
-both day/night shifts are worked throughout the busy season on a rotating schedule as set by the plant manager
- successful candidate must be a hard worker, punctual, a team player, familiarize themselves with company policies and safety procedures, wear all required PPE, honest, and communicate well with all other employees and plant manager.
- successful candidate will work under other qualified employees for a probationary period until they are deemed competent and qualified to perform the required position safely and efficiently.
- wages are to be determined dependent on the candidate who is selected based upon qualifications and performance throughout the probationary period.
- first aid, WHMIS, fire extinguisher training, TDG preferred but not necessary, as required training and further certifications will be decided upon after a successful probationary period.
