RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide guests with a personalized shopping experience and excellent customer service.
- Greet and assist customers using Suzanne’s Customer Service Experience Sequence.
- Assist store manager in merchandising and administrative duties.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently on POS system.
- Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Collaborate with team to maintain a clean and organized store.
- Stay up to date on Suzanne’s fashion trends and merchandise arrivals.
- Build relationships with guests to create a loyal customer base.
At least two years of proven excellence in a fashion retail sales position.
- A desire to grow your skillset and utilize your strong leadership skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Friendly positive and outgoing personality.
- Experience with meeting sales goals/targets an asset.
- Knowledge of POS systems and comfortable with cash register.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, perform light housekeeping duties.
