Customer Service Representative

Aspen Ford in Stettler has an immediate opening for a customer service representative. The customer service representative will work closely with both the sales and service departments to both grow our business and improve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will be varied and may include the below items.

- Booking service appointments

- Making service reminder calls and service follow-up calls

- Printing pre-work orders for service

- Driving service shuttle

- Booking first service appointments

- Filling in for receptionist when she needs to be away from the phone

- Making social media posts

- Making sales satisfaction calls

- Keeping track of leads

- Taking and uploading vehicle pictures

This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a friendly personality. Applicants are also required to have a valid driver’s license. An interest in the automotive business is also a plus.

Compensation will depend on applicant’s previous experience. Aspen Ford does offer benefits and an opportunity for advancement.
