Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Knowledge of food handling practices and adherence to health regulations.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
