The Drumheller and District Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Visitor Services Team Leader to join the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology. The Visitor Services Team Leader will be responsible for accurately collecting admission and program fees,shift opening and end of shift reconciliation. This position will take a leadership role within the team to welcome, inform, and engage Museum visitors as well as assisting with resolution of any customer issues. The Team Leader will promote Museum services and respond to questions about the Museum and surrounding area. In addition, the Team Leader will assist with training and supervising staff including the oversight of daily performance of the team.

Term: Full-time permanent, to start as soon as possible
Hours of work: Shifts as scheduled including weekend,evening, and general holidays
