Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all patrons. You will work closely with kitchen staff and management to deliver high-quality food and beverage service while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist in food handling and preparation as needed while following all safety regulations.
• Process cash handling transactions accurately, including handling payments and providing change.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals and address any issues that may arise.
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or as a server is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Proficient in cash handling and cashiering procedures; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery during peak hours.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
