Security Guard

Xtreme Security is seeking highly alert, ready Tactical Security Guards for immediate deployment at high-risk retail environments. This is not your average mall patrol. You’ll be expected to remain visible, calm under pressure, and focused on deterrence, de-escalation, and quick response.

Your Mission:

• Maintain an active presence inside and outside the store
• Conduct frequent patrols and ensure visibility
• Monitor for theft, loitering, and aggressive behaviour
• Respond swiftly to incidents, escalate when needed
• Keep detailed incident logs and collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
• Support store staff and uphold a safe shopping environment

Requirements:

• Valid provincial Security Guard License
• Strong command presence and confident demeanor
• Excellent observation and decision-making skills
• Ability to remain focused during long shifts
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Must be comfortable standing and patrolling for extended periods
• Prior experience in tactical or retail security preferred
