Requirements:

  • Proven kitchen experience in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional culinary, management and leadership skills, creating positive employee experiences
  • Alberta Advanced Food Safety certification
  • Extensive knowledge of OH & S, food handling procedures with regards to Alberta Health standards
  • Healthy and interactive personality with a passion for people, communication & guest service
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and be highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to remain positive physically and mentally under pressure
  • Ability to identify, motivate, lead and work effectively with customers and team members needs
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism, courtesy and respect to all guests and team members and communicate effectively with employees when coaching and giving constructive feedback
  • Promote and maintain a positive and motivated work ethic, attitude and enthusiasm
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts that include Dayshifts, Evenings, Weekends and Holiday hours
  • Strong knowledge of industry
  • Strong technical ability to order food
