Requirements:
- Proven kitchen experience in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional culinary, management and leadership skills, creating positive employee experiences
- Alberta Advanced Food Safety certification
- Extensive knowledge of OH & S, food handling procedures with regards to Alberta Health standards
- Healthy and interactive personality with a passion for people, communication & guest service
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and be highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to remain positive physically and mentally under pressure
- Ability to identify, motivate, lead and work effectively with customers and team members needs
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism, courtesy and respect to all guests and team members and communicate effectively with employees when coaching and giving constructive feedback
- Promote and maintain a positive and motivated work ethic, attitude and enthusiasm
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts that include Dayshifts, Evenings, Weekends and Holiday hours
- Strong knowledge of industry
- Strong technical ability to order food
