Experienced Maintenance Man

Fulltime position responsible for the day-to day maintenanceand upkeep of a modern-day feedlot facility. Reporting directly to the Feedlot Manager, this position will also involve special projects.

 Perform minor and majorrepairs to buildings and facility equipment.

• Maintenanceduties for all buildings and outside facilities, including Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Carpentry and Structural.

• Maintenanceof facility equipment and machinery operations, including grain probe, feedmill, water wells, cisterns, and fuel tanks/metering system
• Assessequipment malfunction and repair, including adjustments, dis-assembly, R &R parts, or components, re-assemble and test for proper operation.
• Inspect,trouble shoot, diagnose, and advise as requested.
• Observeand report on upcoming preventative maintenance required.

Qualifications: 5+ yearsof experience in a similar position

• Broadknowledge of Trade skills.
• Mechanicallyinclined, including hydraulics.
• Abilityto diagnose malfunctions in equipment.
• Understand/Interpretschematics and instructions.
• Proactivethinker, self- starter with a strong work ethic.
