What You’ll Do
As a Team Member, you will perform a variety of responsibilities to support operations, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand.
We are seeking a Class 1 Driver with experience in:
- Hauling grain bins
- Transporting wide loads Operating a picker
A valid Class 1 driver’s license is required to safely and effectively operate a semi-truck with a bin trailer and perform related delivery duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and actively promote a culture of safety
- Provide professional, people-first guest service
- Embody our Brand by living the “You’re at Home Here” motto
- Operate equipment such as telehandlers, skid steers, forklifts, tandem axle trucks, and 1-ton trucks
- Load and unload lumber, equipment, and other products as needed
- Perform deliveries using various types of equipment
- Operate a semi-truck with a bin trailer to transport grain bins, including wide loads
- Assist the Sales Team as required Complete other projects and assignments as needed
Additional Details
This position involves the regular use of equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and requires the handling and lifting of heavy products. Frequent operation of company vehicles is required for deliveries.

Who you are:
We are looking for a positive, approachable and motivated individual with a drive to learn. Candidates will demonstrate the following:
- Understanding of our Values (Integrity, Community, Teamwork)
- Professional, people-first, Guest service skills
- A valid Class 1 Driver’s License
- Completion of Criminal Record Check is required
- Clean drivers abstract
- Strong attention to detail as well as organizational and interpersonal skills
- Quality communication skills Ability to work effectively with others
This is a full-time position, the candidate will have the ability to work days, evenings and weekends for approximately 40 hours per week.
