Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
· Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Utilize CRM to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
· Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations attend trade events
· Assist the warehouse and bricks and mortar team during peak seasons.
· Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business development.
Develop and implement market strategies for different market segments.
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field, preferably within the agricultural industry.
- Understanding of current and future crop protection practices along with the tools and technology used to implement them.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends effectively.
