General Labourer

As a General Labourer at Heartland Industries Inc., you will play a key role in supporting our team in pumpjack maintenance, yard maintenance, truck maintenance, and more. Working closely with our team of skilled professionals, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist with pumpjack maintenance, yard maintenance, and truck maintenance

·      Operate pneumatic tools, hand tools, and skid steers

·      Participate in team-based projects across various locations in Central Alberta

·      Support other team members as needed to ensure project success

·      Maintain a safe and organized work environment

 Qualifications and Certifications:

H2S & First Aid Certification

·       License: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract

·       Education: High school diploma

·       Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit; this role is physically demanding and requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Experience in the oilfield or a related field
• Class 3 Driver’s License or Air Brake Endorsement
• Strong soft skills:     Work Ethic, Accountability, Communication, Attention to Detail, Time     Management, Teamwork
