You will support clients in accessing the services and resources they need to secure and maintain employment. This includes fostering engagement, valuing lived experience, and adapting services to meet individual needs.
The role involves coordinating supports, offering crisis intervention when required, and guiding clients in building strong networks and community connections, one on one therapeutic consultations, assessments and pro-active intervention strategies, interactive activities and group based instructional training.
Collaboration is key—you’ll build relationships with clients, community partners, and stakeholders, while also coaching staff, contributing to skill development initiatives, and promoting trauma-informed practices across the team. Occasional travel within the central rural region (Drumheller, Three Hills, Stettler, and areas) will be required.
The successful candidate would be required to be client-focused, adaptable, and motivated to solve problems while engaging and supporting others. Collaborate well with diverse stakeholders, build strong relationships, and stay solution-oriented with a clear commitment to helping people reach their goals. Candidate assets would require them to be organized, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
