Cleaner/Custodian

About the Role

We are currently hiring reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in commercial facilities such as offices, schools, and public buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
• Empty garbage bins and replace liners
• Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and doors
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Operate cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers(training provided)
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset (but not required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to pass a background check (required for school sites).
