Landscaping/General Labourer (Acreage Property Assistant)

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Gardener/General Handyman to help transform and maintain a private acreage property. This is a varied, practical role for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in craftsmanship, and doesn't mind getting dirty. The role is 1 day per week with flexible hours, as needed.

Duties:

• Landscaping and yard development(planting, pruning, mulching, sod work, garden bed creation)
• Lawn and property maintenance (mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanup)
• Basic carpentry and repair tasks (fencing, small structures, gate fixes, outdoor builds)
• Equipment operation (trimmers, mowers, basic tools, possibly small machinery
• General property upkeep and "whatever needs doing' tasks
• Helping bring the owner's vision for the property to life over time

Qualifications:

• Experience in landscaping, gardening, construction, or general labour (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all Alberta seasons
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision
• Physically capable of manual labour (lifting, digging, repetitive outdoor work)
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
