Monday – Friday (w/ monthly on-call for a week) 8:00am-4:00pm (mainly) With similarities to a unit clerk(MOA) but more dynamic, you are the practical and information centre for our recovery program, helping change men, and their families' lives.

Duties (overview):

  • Phone reception
  • Continual outreach to referrers to fill recovery beds.
  • Receive applications and screen with team.
  • Complete intakes and follow-up
  • Organize Odd Job Squad (community work for clients) requests.
  • Stock management
  • Support supervision of clients with team.
  • Keep office and files organized.
  • Help prepare banking, AB works, pharmacy applications, and similar.
  • Drug tests and inspections with team
  • Medication organization and distribution with team

Skills:

  • Strong professional boundaries essential
  • Positive team morale and communication essential
  • Phone etiquette essential.
  • Organizational (multi-tasking) skills essential
  • Understanding of industry and pharmacology are bonuses.
