Monday – Friday (w/ monthly on-call for a week) 8:00am-4:00pm (mainly) With similarities to a unit clerk(MOA) but more dynamic, you are the practical and information centre for our recovery program, helping change men, and their families' lives.
Duties (overview):
- Phone reception
- Continual outreach to referrers to fill recovery beds.
- Receive applications and screen with team.
- Complete intakes and follow-up
- Organize Odd Job Squad (community work for clients) requests.
- Stock management
- Support supervision of clients with team.
- Keep office and files organized.
- Help prepare banking, AB works, pharmacy applications, and similar.
- Drug tests and inspections with team
- Medication organization and distribution with team
Skills:
- Strong professional boundaries essential
- Positive team morale and communication essential
- Phone etiquette essential.
- Organizational (multi-tasking) skills essential
- Understanding of industry and pharmacology are bonuses.
