Golf Course Grounds Crew Helper

Dinosaur Trail Golf & Country Club is looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our Grounds Crew team for the golf season. This is a seasonal, full-time position located in Drumheller, Alberta.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough.
• Assist with daily golf course setup and maintenance.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery.
• Perform trimming, edging, and general groundskeeping tasks.
• Maintain bunkers, cart paths, and practice areas.
• Assist with irrigation and special projects as needed.
• Remove litter and keep the course clean and presentable.
• Work safely and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous golf course or landscaping experience is an asset but not required.
• Valid driver's licence is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Compensation: $15.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
