CAP Logistics Ltd. is looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our team.
We specialize in hot asphalt hauling throughout Alberta and currently operate a fleet of 14 Super B tanker units. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with drivers, customers, and logistics operations while helping keep daily activities running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate truck and driver schedules
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and loading facilities
• Dispatch loads and monitor deliveries
• Track driver hours and equipment utilization
• Complete dispatch paperwork and reporting
• Assist with planning and scheduling to maximize efficiency
Qualifications:
• Previous dispatch or transportation experience is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Knowledge of Alberta transportation regulations is an asset
• Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
