As the first point of contact in our Service Department, you’ll greet customers, check in vehicles, manage communication before and after service, and keep customers updated on long back-ordered parts. No prior dealership experience is required - we’ll provide full training! All you need are strong people skills, confidence, and a positive, professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person, by phone, text, and email
Check in vehicles and prepare clear work orders
Explain appointment expectations and timelines
Follow up after service and confirm satisfaction
Proactively update customers on long back-ordered parts
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain accurate records and keep the service reception area clean and inviting
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task
Comfortable with basic computer software
Strong people skills, Positive attitude, punctual, confident professional presence
