As a vital member of our team, you'll pay a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for consumers within the home improvement sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system regarding home improvement products, services, and orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide product information, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance to consumers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate solutions for consumer concerns and complaints.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve products or services.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the home improvement industry

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
