Concrete finisher/labourer

Duties:

• Perform concrete finishing tasks including placement, levelling and hand/power troweling
• Complete prep, placement and finishing duties with other team members
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate preparation and placement of concrete
• Use various hand an power tools safely
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment
• Build and construct forms for pouring concrete

Experience:

• Proven experience as a concrete finisher (3+ years)
• Proficient in operating equipment and tools used in concrete finishing
• Familiarity decorativeapplications including stains, stamps, pigments and coatings
• Ability to readand understand blueprints and schematics related to concrete work
• Experiencein carpentry for form work construction is an asset
• Successful in working as a team member with strong communication skills

Preference will be given to individuals who have:

• CSTS First Aid
• Clean Drivers Abstract & DriversLicense

We offer competitive pay rates based on experience and skills. This position is physically demanding, and requires dedication. As a seasonal industry, employees can expect a varied schedule with some long days, evenings and weekends.
