We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
  • Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit payments.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.
  • Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to enhance the customer experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in gas station, retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, particularly in English and another language.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
  • Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Ability to engage customers through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to upselling and promoting store products.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products.
