Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and process purchase transactions efficiently and accurately
- Assist with bagging, loading, and answering customer inquiries
- Promote company programs including credit cards, protection plans, and charitable initiatives
- Ensure register security, accurate cash handling, and adherence to company policies
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Refer service or transactional concerns to the Customer Service Manager when needed
