Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of kitchen, barista, and counter staff.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all food and beverages meet business quality and presentation requirements.
- Inventory & Ordering: Assist in monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health regulations.
- Customer Relations: Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and ensure a top-tier guest experience.
- Training: Train new staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or lead hand role within the food service industry is required.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to multi-task and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Reliability: Exceptional attendance record and a high level of integrity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems and basic kitchen/barista operations.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
