We are hiring for a Full-Time/Part-Time Barista with a wage range of $15.00-$18.00 at our location in Drumheller, AB.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and inviting environment for customers

• Handling customer inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience
• Accept order and process payments
• Prepare Starbucks food and drink orders according to standard recipes or customizations
• Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitized work environment
• Properly store and handle food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
• Assist Starbucks Manager and Supervisor with:
  • Updating signage and displays
  • Tracking and replenishing inventory of products and ingredients‍

What you Bring:

• Warm and welcoming personality focused on hospitality excellence
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods
• Experience in a food preparation and service setting is an asset

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
