Worker - Unit 8 Residence

The Community  Disabilities Services Worker in the Residential Program is a frontline role  with basic reporting/documentation  duties, with the responsibility to support adult individuals with home  living in their community.  They are to  ensure individuals are supported in being as independent as possible,  maximize their personal well-being and be fully engaged, valued members of  their communities.

The successful candidate will:

• be a team player;
• have the ability to work independently;
• have the flexibility to work variable hours throughout the week including evenings as well as every other weekend; and
• be available 16-20 hours per week

Must have High School Diploma, valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle, and Criminal Record check are  required. Proof of vaccinations for COVID-19 will  be part of a conditional offer of employment.
