Victim Services Program Manager

As the Program Manager you are responsiblefor file management, victim response support, human resource management, human resource and organizational relations, call management, file documentation and colleague support.

Must oversee day to day operations, andrequires a high level of interaction with police, personnel, victim services stakeholders and the public.

Qualifications:

· No criminal background

· Valid Drivers Licence

· Three years’ experience coordinating and administering a social service program.

· Two (2) years’ experience working with,training, and recruiting volunteers.

Education:

· High school Diploma

· 1-year certificate for Social Work from an accredited school or program
