What you’ll do:
The Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand.
- Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety
- Providing exceptional service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto
- Operate tractor, fertilizer wagon, tender truck, tandem axial truck, 1 ton truckLoad/unload seed, chemical and other product as needed
- Operate equipment including tractors, augers and forklifts
- Farm deliveries
- Assisting the Sales Team as required
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned
This position will require the use of equipment such as pallet jacks, and forklifts, as well as heavy lifting of product. Frequent operating/driving of company vehicles is required with deliveries.

We are looking for a positive, approachable and motivated individual with a drive to learn. Candidates will demonstrate the following:

- Strong attention to detail as well as organizational and interpersonal skills
- Quality communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with others
Class 3 license is required, as well as ability to tow trailers. Able to work days, evenings and weekends.
