Office & Chamber Services Coordinator

We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to fill the position of Office & Chamber Services Coordinator. The position serves all primary functions of Chamber services, including programs, projects and events for the Chamber and its members. The Office & Chamber Services Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and coordination of the growth, retention and marketing of membership services and strives to achieve a high level of membership satisfaction. The position will also supply administrative support to the Chamber of Commerce, World’s Largest Dinosaur and Visitor Information Centre.

Qualifications:

·        Business administration or marketing diploma/degree or other related program

·        1-3 years relevant work experience

·        Excellent organization and time management skills

·        Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

·        Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·        Familiarity with social media platforms and website design

·        Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships

·        Event planning and management experience

·        Knowledge of general office administration

·        Valid Class 5 Drivers License

Term: Full-time permanent, Monday toFriday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Compensation: Salary based on skills and experience; group health benefits and RSP available
