Providing  excellent customer service to guests

·          Creating legendary guest experiences

·          Answering telephones providing a welcoming experience

·          Checking in and checking out guests

·          Balancing the day’s revenues; Complete required paperwork

·          Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

·          Operating Hotel operating system

 

Qualifications:

·          Open Availability for various start times

·          Computer skills are a must

·          Complete required training

·          Teamwork

·          Maintaining a safe work environment Polite telephone manner

·          English proficiency
