Marc's Place is a new breakfast restaurant that focuses on giving the customer the freshest possible ingredients! We are also going to offer an exclusive evening menu on the weekends.

We are looking for team members to join Marc’s Place for morning shifts and certain evenings on the weekend! Get the opportunity to learn under a Red Seal Chef!

Responsibilities include but not limited to, preparing ingredients for cooking. Which consists of portioning, chopping, and storing food. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods. Learn or be able to operate ovens, stoves, grills and fryers. Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently. Monitor food quality while preparing food. Set-up and clean/disinfect workstation. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food. Must also be able to take direction as well as communicate with co-workers regarding service.
